12/11/00  the first  night out and this is what he comes back with.
All images on this page were taken with an LX 200 12" Meade with an ST7E SBIG CCD camera.
This 90 second shot of M33 which was taken just 24hrs after the full moon.
 45 second shot, notice that the background is a little darker here as the image was some 90 degrees away from the almost full moon.

Here the camera was almost looking at the moon to image the Great Orion Nebula.     M42
