CAWAS - home page

If you're at all interested in astronomy we are the society is for you! Our members range from people with a casual interest in astronomy to serious amateurs and even professionals. You don't need any specialist knowledge to join, nor do you need to own a telescope etc. You can also be sure of a friendly welcome.

We normally meet on the second Friday of the month but tend to avoid bank holidays etc.

Meetings start at 7.15pm and are held upstairs, at the Earlsdon Methodist Church Hall, Earlsdon Avenue South, Earlsdon, Coventry, CV5 6NF.

If there is no one on door duty, please press the door bell, the one with the video camera in it, and someone will let you in.

Due to the COVID 19 pandemic, we are unable to hold our normal meetings.

ZOOM MEETINGS will be used instead and zoom meeting invitations will be send to all members each month.

Monthly Skynotes zoom meeting invitations will also be sent to all members.

Check out the meeting dates on the
Meetings Calendar page.

See the 'About Us' link for more information, including how to get to the venue.
